The Responsibilities

Provide guidance on journal policies and scope.

Evaluate and review submitted manuscripts.

Collaborate with the editor in addressing concerns like plagiarism allegations and manuscript submissions.

Actively recruit new authors and encourage submissions.

Promote the journal within your professional network and among peers.

Assess the pertinence and suitability of proposed Special Issues within the journal's scope. Suggest and take the lead as a guest editor for a proposed Special Issue.

Qualifications & Requirements

Applicants should possess a minimum of five years of research or professional experience in the chemistry.

A minimum of five publications is required to demonstrate expertise and commitment to the chemistry.

Priority will be given to applicants holding the rank of professor, or those occupying an equivalent position in chemistry.

Candidates with relevant working experience in editorial roles or similar positions will be given preference.

Requirements and Responsibilities

Possess a minimum of three years of research or professional experience in chemistry.

Have a minimum of three publications on the same topic as the applied journal, demonstrating expertise and familiarity with the subject matter.

Priority will be given to applicants holding doctoral degrees, reflecting a high level of academic qualification.

Preference will be given to individuals with relevant experience in the reviewing process, underscoring the importance of prior involvement in scholarly peer review.

The Responsibilities

Evaluate the scientific quality of the manuscript using their expert knowledge in the relevant field.

Create thorough and detailed review reports, remaining responsive throughout the peer review process.

Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and ethics, avoiding personal, financial, or intellectual biases. Focus solely on assessing the research quality and written presentation of the manuscript.

Suggest citations of the reviewer's work only when it contributes to the manuscript's academic or technological relevance, avoiding the use of citations solely for increasing personal citation counts or enhancing visibility.

Maintain an updated affiliation on their reviewer account to assist editors in promptly identifying potential conflicts of interest.

Complete the review process by providing review reports within 3-4 weeks. In cases where adherence to this timeline is challenging, promptly communicate with the editorial team to discuss potential extensions.
